Important Updates to Your Billing and Rates



We are pleased to inform you that CEMC/Cumberland Connect is enhancing its billing process by offering more flexibility to our members. You can now choose from eight new due dates to better fit your schedule. Members may select their preferred due date through November 1 by visiting us online, calling, or stopping by one of our offices. If no selection is made by the deadline, one of the available options will be assigned automatically. Click below to learn more about expanded due dates:



Additionally, starting October 1, 2024, there will be an adjustment to residential electric rates due to actions by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and CEMC. This will result in a total increase of approximately 4.9%, with 3.1% attributed to TVA and 1.8% to CEMC. Rate impacts for other rate classes may vary.
